Zombie Cocktail


  • .75 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz White grapefruit juice
  • .5 oz Cinnamon Syrup*
  • .5 oz Puerto Rican gold rum
  • 1 oz dark Jamaican rum
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 teaspoon grenadine

Garnish: Mint sprig

Glass: Highball

PREPARATION: Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.

*Cinnamon Syrup


  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Cinnamon sticks, broken into pieces

PREPARATION: Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for 2 hours. Strain, and refrigerate until cold.
